The owner of this house wanted a refresh and upgrade from the plain spaces he had been living in. We went to the studs in the primary bathroom, swapped out cheaper materials for those with more craft, heft, and tactile interest. The bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, roof deck were all transformed, and all other rooms were at least repainted, papered, or improved with lighting and casework changes.
